Responsibilities

As an Arrow Edmonton Super B Pneumatic Driver, you will be hauling products that are directly related to the strength and diversity of the region primarily hauling polymer, cement, and barite. Based out of Edmonton, you will travel around Alberta and you will also travel to and from British Columbia.

  • Perform pre and post and in route trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road-worthiness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, load securement, driver's hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, and weights and dimensions.
  • Record, maintain and check all relevant paperwork (i.e., bill of lading,) and documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
  • Operate onboard technology, Complete with Electronic logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status.
  • VHF Radio
  • Ensure that all customers, co-workers, and the public are dealt with professionally and with respect.

You Possess

  • A valid Class 1 truck driver’s license
  • Off-road commercial driving experience
  • 3-5 years of super B experience
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Driver’s abstract with no suspensions
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • A positive attitude
