Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm; OT as needed

Responsibilities

As Loader Operator, you will operate a front-end loader loading and unloading trucks of pipe and tubulars.

  • Loading and unloading trucks of pipe and tubulars.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment.  
  • Store and retrieve materials.  
  • Inspect and verify product condition to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures.  
  • Work in adherence to all safe work practices, procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements.  
  • Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of yard, shop, department, or work crew.  
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.  

You Possess

  • Minimum 2 years of previous loader operator experience is required
  • Experience operating loader with a grapple
  • A positive team attitude
  • A strong safety mindset
  • Ability to climb ladders, and lift 50lbs
  • Aptitude for working around various types of equipment (ie. trucks, forklifts, cranes)
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (snow, rain, sub-freezing temps, heat, wind)
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience wokring in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
