We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year based on experience

  • Full-time; evenings and weekends are required
  • This position is based out of the Kamloops office. This is an on-site position
  • Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring our customers have the best user experience possible. This role provides information, product training, and support for both internal and external customers and ensures customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you must be able to diagnose and solve technical problems with hardware and software over the phone.

 

  • Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues with hardware and software products
  • Provide step-by-step instructions in simple terms to solve customer issues
  • Provide training to customers on our products
  • Maintain detailed information of customer problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
  • Work together with our technical team find solutions to more complex issues
  • Provision tablets and assemble parts
  • Prepare systems for shipping
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Keep inventory room clean and organized
  • Manage software licensing
  • User test hardware and software products 
  • Create user manuals, other instructional materials and product communications
  • May involve visits customer sites for trouble shooting
  • Other duties as required

You Possess

  • Prior experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Experience with both hardware and software support
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Experience managing inventory 
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude 
  • Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail 
  • Internal and external customer service skills   
  • Problem solving ability    
  • Professional appearance/demeanor whether in person, via email or on the telephone
