Our Fort St. James division is home to a close-knit team of 20 professionals, including shop technicians, professional drivers, equipment operators, and administrative staff. Located about two hours northwest of Prince George, this division plays a key role in sourcing and transporting bush grind hog fuel and pulp logs, working collaboratively with the Ministry of Forests and local tenure holders.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Division Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of divisional operations, ensuring safety, profitability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This role plays a critical leadership role in developing strategic plans, building customer and Indigenous partnerships, managing assets and maintenance, and overseeing fibre acquisition and operational grinding programs.
You will work closely with divisional teams, corporate departments, the Ministry of Forests, Indigenous communities, and tenure holders to drive business success.
