As Transloader/forklift operator, you will:

• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required
• Transload bulk material to pneumatic trailers
• Perform labour tasks as needed
• Perform quantity and quality checks of materials
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment 
• Work in adherence to all safe work practices, procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of yard, shop, department, or work crew
• Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence 
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

• Previous experience operating equipment is required
• Previous experience in a safety sensitive environment is required
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• A strong safety mindset
• Ability to prioritize a daily workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience on forklifts is an asset
• Previous experience on a shunt truck is an asset
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Needs to be responsible, accountable and dependable 
• Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbally and written   
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
