At our Phoenix Reload facility, we transload steel and other building materials from rail, truck, and containers. We provide custom handling, inventory management and other services. We are a small but mighty division and backed by an organization that employs over 1300 people. The supervisor/manager/foreman instructs the Lead Hand regarding the daily plan. The Lead Hand then works alongside the crew, directs their daily work, trouble shoots issues, problem solves and brings questions or concerns to the attention of the supervisor/manager/foreman. The Lead Hand is assigned responsibility for the quality and quantity of work carried out by the team to which the Lead Hand is assigned.
