The Fleet Support Services Coordinator works with all key internal and external stakeholders to optimize the effective, efficient and timely commissioning and decommissioning of all rolling assets as they pertain to the Arrow Group of Companies.  In this role, you will optimize, implement and execute best practices as it relates to the onboarding and offboarding of rolling assets from cradle to grave. This will include but is not limited to the oversite of licensing, registration, permitting, compliance adherence, quality assurance, communication and customer service excellence with all involved.   Major Responsibilities - Ensure the safe, efficient and economical transition of equipment from the vendor to the representative ‘owner’ at the Arrow Group of Companies. This includes guaranteeing equipment operability in terms of performance, reliability, safety and information traceability. This should also comply with the agreed to schedule, costs, quality requirements and safety requirements as established with the vendor and owner. - Ensure the safe, efficient and economical transition of equipment from the ‘owner’ during the decommissioning process when equipment becomes obsolete or as owners change their needs, technology, approaches etc.… - Develop processes and document same (S.O.P’s) regarding best practice in terms of the commissioning and decommissioning of assets from cradle to grave. - Participate in the quality assurance of new builds and mods to ensure adherence to functional specifications. - Work with all Arrow Group of Company locations to determine inventory requirements for new asset commissioning and requirements for decommissioning. - Work with shops to schedule PDI/Rig Out. - Participate in vehicle return inspections. - Coordinate the delivery of new assets including intercompany transfers. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers/stakeholders. - Understand rules, regulations, policy and laws pertaining to the commissioning process. - Maintain up to date and accurate electronic and other files pertaining to assets and transactions regarding same. - Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the fleet licensing and registration processes. - Oversee the timely renewal of vehicle licenses, permits and registrations to maintain fleet legality and avoid penalties. - Monitor changes in regulations and update the internal policies and procedures accordingly. - Coordinate and assist with audits and inspections. - Other duties as assigned by Director.

Lumber, steel, pipe, and containers arrive at the facility by truck or rail. We are looking for a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently transfer these commodities to truck, rail or container for furtherance. Responsibilities include:     - Operate high capacity forklifts (from 21,000lbs up to 36,000lbs). - Loading and unloading lumber, steel and engineered wood products from trucks, railcars or containers.   - Support inventory control (inbound/outbound/on ground) and accurately document.   - Ability to prepare load plans for railcar, truck and/or container.   - Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment.   - Inspect and verify product condition to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures.   - Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.  

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Lead works alongside the crew, directs their daily work, trouble shoots issues, completes paperwork, manages inventory systems, problem solves and brings questions or concerns to the attention of the supervisor. The Team Lead will safely and efficiently coordinate transfer various products that arrive at our facility.     Responsibilites include: - Report to the immediate supervisor to prioritize daily job requirements.   - Work alongside crew and informs them of the daily plan.   - Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of paperwork.   - Monitor the performance of yard, shop and/or divisional employees and discusses with the supervisor as necessary. - Continue to perform the work for which he/she was hired i.e. Driving truck, Operating machinery, Repair and Maintenance etc. - Report all incidents, problems or concerns with regards to technical, safety, labour, materials, equipment and process to the immediate supervisor. - Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence. - Operating low and high capacity forklifts and shunt trucks - Troubleshoot, adjust, or perform minor maintenance for any machinery that requires attention. - Effectively train new employees. - Communciation with key internal and external stakeholders. - Work in adherence to all safe work practices, procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements.   - Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of yard, shop, department, or work crew.   - Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.  With Arrow you are always close to home!

The Administrator’s principal role is to ensure the efficient, effective, and accurate flow of informationfor Accounts Payableand Payroll for the division. The Administrator ensures processes are followed and items completed in Arrow’s various software applications on an ongoing basis and as per accounting cycledeadlines. The Administrator will also be responsible forreception, office management and general office duties.    Major Responsibilities  - Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable, payroll, and purchase orders in the appropriate computer systems.  - Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as invoices, inventory reports, account statements, and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.  - Ensure all information pertaining to payables and regular Teamsters payments are audited and reflected accurately.  - Perform comprehensive reconciliations of accounts including pension, health & welfare, and Union dues  - Comply with all rules and regulations, protocols, and established metrics    - Prepare analysis and/or reports as required by division, internal and/or external customers.  - Ensure all HR/Hiring and related paperwork is completed and filed appropriately whether internally or with 3rd parties (i.e.,required Teamsters paperwork where applicable).  - Ensure all files are organized and maintained and all office processes are streamlined for the most efficient and effective operation.  - Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs.  - Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence  - Perform clerical duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, emailing and photocopying.
